    My wife and I arrived about 5:30 pm and were going to take advantage of the Senior 2 for 1. When we asked the server if we had to have more than water to take advantage of this program she said she didn’t know. We ordered water and about half way through our meal she came back and told us she checked with the manager and we would have to have more than water so we ordered tea. She never asked what kind and brought us sweetened tea but we like unsweetened. We ordered the 55+ meals and I got ready to pay I was advised these meals did not qualify for the 2 for 1 program. This seems a little late to advise a person of this.

    Many times I have filled out the survey that all the servers have requested, but every time I have, I’ve had a terrible time trying to link up with the survey area , you have everything else ahead of what were supposed to be after, it is frustrating and if I can find it this time it will be the last.

    I visited the Pueblo, CO restaurant on 06/30/2014 ad receive the best service. My code 1822063089015 is validation.
    I would like to participate in the survey, however the website is too busy and NOT FRIENDLY. For a person with a MA, this is ridiculous to maneuver.

    My husband and I ordered off the 55+ menu, I ordered the create your own omelet, which included two pancakes. When the bill came we were charged for a regular omelet with three add ins @.99 each plus $2.49 for pancakes, I questioned her, she said she was sorry but she put the order in wrong, I reminded her that I showed her the 55+ when we discussed my order. She was very nice and talked to her supervisor, she came back with a reduction on the omelet and the add ins but I still had to pay for the pancakes which were suppose to be included in my original order. This is not about the money but it is the principle of the matter. I pondered over this matter for a few days, I felt as though you needed to know about this so it does not happen again. Thank-you for listening.

    Mi esposo y yo decidimos cenar en IHOP en la ciudad de Camarillo 1620 Daily Drive Camarillo CA 93010. Fue una experiencia desagradable mi esposo ordeno T-Bone yo ordene Swedish crep la orden de mi esposo venía acompañada de ensalada el ordeno vinagre para su ensalada la mesera llevo a la mesa el vinagre y aceite lo botellas estaban extremadamente sucias y el aceite olía muy mal a rancio. Le pregunte a la mesera que clase de aceite era y su respuesta fue no se yo no trabajo en el turno de la tarde y le ise saber que la botella del aceite y vinagre están sucios y grasos. Mis crep estaban crudas, Los boños sucios mal olientes, salí decepcionada no me quedo el deseo de volver a comer i ese era mi restaurante favorito

    we were there 25 minutes never seen our waitress. only one we seen was the bus person who serve drinks and took our order. food was delivered by another wairess not our. request to see manager, woman comes up not wearing any badge at all. she said i am so and so. i said ok you are not wearing a badge so people will know who you are.

    Visited Ihop on Tuesday at the 13333 Meridian Ave E, Suite A in Puyallup Wash. we ordered 1 SummerFrtPan Cmb Cannoli Pan Regular Plate at $5.99, and 1 3 Egg/Pancakes with Ham and was charged $7.79 and $8.79 for that one dish per my receipt. I didn’t look at it until I got home and was furious that they would double charge me for my breakfast. Will definitely let them know their mistake.

    The waitress (206 Ana G) at this facility was one of the worst I ever experienced in my 82 years.As a matter of fact I asked her if she might be a deaf mute?!And yes because ofher lack of service I did not tip her a dime.

    I visit ihop at 383 Washington Street, Attleboro, Ma 02703 every Sunday morning with my family. The food is always great, the waitstaff is excellent, love your restaurant (clean and bright). Your customer satisfaction survey is a joke. It gets harder every time I try to fill one out. Now, It’s impossible! You made it so hard to try and figure out how to get to the right area to fill out the darn survey. Please go back to being simple. Let the customers fill out the darn things without spending a 1/2 hour trying to figure out how to get to the right check off point. Thank you for listening to my complaint. By the way I never found the right link to get to fill out the survey. Oh well! One more complaint, while I got you here. The Manager you had earlier, I believe his name was Jim, was by far the best. He was the most caring person, always had a smile and was on top of everything. He made sure the customers were well satisfied and that they enjoyed their meals. Got the customers to be seated as quickly as possible, and that was quite a task with as many customers that were going through your restaurant on a Sunday morning. The new Manager you replaced Jim with is by far the worst grumpy old. (never mind) Please if there is any way to bring this guy back, I, my family and lots and lots of other customers would greatly appreciate it. Thanks again.

      You got all right on the money. It gets real aggravating to always wind up with the customer survey and they all say “Survey” but it isn’t the one I want. What about putting one on that simply says Customer survey and forget all the other stuff, Every one you click on comes up with basically the same thing.     We have our own IHOP in Liberty where we have good service and good food. When we tavel to St Louis we stop in Columbia for breakfast at your#5423 store. This time we had Jordan 179 both going and coming. In St Louis we had Donna 210 for our two breakfasts. Both servers were friendly and efficient. The staffs at both IHOPs are very freindly and caring people. Donna had even been in our home town. Our IHOP has flavored creams for our coffee, which we enjoy. I have one complaint!!! This is for corparation. We are still waiting for those gluten free pancakes, not only us, but many of your customers. Thank you

    Missed the allotted three day survey time limit. I do need to send you our complaint.
    You have great coffee but are deeply lacking in your tea offerings. Our visit to store #
    5416 we were only offered a basic decaf tea. That alone will make us go to another competitor.
    Our eggs benedict was made with ham and not Canadian bacon. Why can’t grits be substituted for a potato offering?

    hola soy una clienta frecuente de ihop incluso viaje a Hawaii y en mis vacasiones comi en ihop.adoro,ihop,vivo en los angeles,y me queda serca el ihop 6300 santa fe av Huntington park,pero no puedo ir en las mananas,por que hay 2 meseras muy groseras,una se llama gabriela,la otra Sandra,eh ablado con el manager[guan,cardona]y no ase nada,eh ablado con otros clients,y tienen,el mismo, problama,disen algunos empleados,que ellas son protejidas del manager,espero alguien lea mi queja y agan algo ,mientras, solo,seguire llendo a comer en las noches que ellas no estan y en el dia al ihop de slauson y wester,pues alli me conose por que soy clienta de mucho tiempo, atentamente ana ramirez
