I am a near daily shopper at your Southington CT location, today I attempted to make a purchase but discovered a visible stain on the item, not knowing what it was or if I could remove it once I purchased it, I asked for a discount and was told by the manager that it could not be done, in the past all of the managers are grateful to reduce the price a little bit to compensate, she was rude and arrogant and nasty…unfortunately I did not get her name but the time and date is 5/10/13 at 11:30 a.m. No manager or employee of any of your wonderful stores has ever treated me in this fashion before now.
I love to shop at T.J.Maxx. The jewelry, bed and bath, kitchen ware, home decor, books and craft supplies, are great! Wearing women’s plus size clothes, I wish there were more good quality selections to choose from. Better quality size 11 shoes are hard to find. Could you please have more of these to choose from? Thank you !

We were in FL this winter and shopped our favorite store TJMaxx and they give a Senior discount on Mondays. Why don’t they do that in MI – detroit metro area? It would be great if they did that all over the country !!
