    I ordered a pizza online because I could not get through to them over the phone. When I realized it took two hours for delivery I tried to call to see if I could just pick it up or even cancel my order. I called 10 times and either the phone just rang or it sounded like they were hanging up on me. Worse when I did finally get the pizza it was cold. I do not think I be ordering from the one in green tree or any other Pizza Hut in the near future.

    Love the new “create your own pizza”! We are not only able TO “CREATE” our pizza from the crust UP, but we are able to change our minds as many times as we wish without your employees having to listen to us make sudden changes, on the telephone. This way, we can agree on our choices before ordering. BEST OF ALL, we are able to choose different items on each half of the pizza! Our granddaughter, found the “deal” of two medium pizzas for $6.99 each, online. She told us about it, and asked if we could try it. I’m glad to say, we did and are very happy with the outcome. The countdown to pick-up/delivery time, displayed on the computer screen, is another fabulous idea. The pick-up time has been “spot on”, and made it much easier for us to plan our meal.     We ordered 2 pizza’s from store # 4641 on line week and left a comment in the order for a square cut pizza. When it arrived it was a pie cut. We called & told them & they gave us a credit. Today we ordered AGAIN and this time it was 1st cut in a pie cut and then they cut it in a square cut!!!
    That made all sorts of stupid looking un-appetizing pieces! WTF???
    We decided to take it back to the store and ask for the manager. All she did was say “Oh, I’ll get you another 1 made.” By now I had lost my appetite & just wanted the money back.
    I’m done with PH. They suck.

    The pizza was pretty good but they could have put a little more sauce and topping on it, I did order a supreme with extra tomatoes, I remember when I use to order it and it had a lot more topping on it, we ordered the same pizza for years, at lease 2 to 3 times a week.

    We just moved to dunnellon . Large veg pizza tiny bit of sauce all we could taste was garlic. We do not like garlic. Pizza was not hot. Worst pizza we have ever had. May 31 2015 Peggy.

    Your Griffin Pizza Hut is in need of some help. This USED to be our favorite Pizza place. However, the last two times (last one being 5.31.15) was pitiful. I had placed an order for pick up. Was told it would be ready in 20 mins. After 30 mins. they could not even find my order slip. During the time I waited at the window, one of the servers was in the back saying the last 3 customers had brought their pizza back saying it was not what they ordered. Besides this fact, they are not cordial at all. We will be going elsewhere. Thanks for listening.

    Delivery of food was good, driver polite. Disappointed in the waffle fries the boxes were half empty and the fries soggy. Suggest quality control, would you pay that much for half filled order and would you eat those old fries?
