    We ate at the Carroll Iowa Pizza Hut today(3-28-15) The food was excellent and the service was amazing. The waitress name Kelly, served us and she was an excellent waitress !!! God bless that pizza hut for hiring her, she looks as though she has some challenges but you would not know that as she did a wonderful job !!! Thank you Kelly and God bless you!!!

    I called the order in and was place on hold for ten minutes and never return. I hung up and called again the man on the other in took my order place me on hold because he didn’t understand about the coupon. He didn’t tell me to hold. He just left me on the phone. When returning, a woman answered as if to take our order that had been place. I end up placing my order online.The service render to me was quite prompt and polite when delivered.

    All we wanted was a large thin crust pizza with drinks.. Instead I feel we were hustled into spending a total of $31.17, for drinks , salad, breadsticks and TWO pies. We could of went to little ceasers and spent 5 bucks. Now we did want to be served and would pay more for it. As senior citizens it will take us awhile to eat two large pizza pies so we got a box to take out with our bread sticks. It will be quite awhile before we go back. The service was fine, and pleasant people, we didn’t like the expensive meal deal we were sent.

    I ordered a pizza and wings Wednesday night on 1/7/2015 , as I was waiting for my order I observed a male sitting behind the counter when I seen him put his foot up on the counter top, I could not believe what I seen. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I know.

    I ordered pizza delivery today Jan. 2nd, 2015 at 5pm cst. My order was delivered around 6pm missing a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. The driver said he would go back and get it and bring right back, 30 minutes later he returned with my dr. pepper. I am not happy with the service here at the pizza hut location and will be taking my business elsewhere when I want pizza delivery. Also charging $2.50 for a delivery charge and not giving part or all of it to your delivery drivers is not right. you already make enough on the pizzas you are selling.
