eating at same pizza hut in Burlington Kansas for years today had a supreme sandwich hold the veggies with extra dressing they charged me .50 to put extra dressing on it and said it was corporate, as a small business owner for years are you kidding me corporate??????????

We had a most pleasant dining experience on May 15, 2013 at the Pizza Hut on Miller & Lennon Road in Flint, Michigan. The young man who served us was one of the nicest and most personable young men I have met in a very long time. His name is Alonzo Upchurch. He took us to our table and left the menus. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the menu, but I asked him what the pizza with the little scalloped edges filled with cheese was called. He gave me the name and told me exactly what it is and explained how wonderful it was. He bought us our drinks and came past again a few minutes later and told us our pizza would be out soon. We visited a little bit about his plans for college were and what he would like to do with his future. He brought additional drinks to my son and always asked if there was anything else he could do for us. It was a wonderful experience to find a young man going about doing his work.
Taco Bell certainly is fortunate to have an employee who takes such good care of his customers’ needs. He represents you very well and I wanted to comment on his service and his wonderful courteous demeanor and his care about providing the public with the best service possible.

tried your pie today and didn t like it. I ordered ex sauce because no one ever puts hardly any on their pies. when I got home I couldn t find or taste any, checked the slip and it was marked xtra sce but all I ate was crust with cheese. no flavor, atleast domino puts sauce on theirs
Just felt like we got ripped off at Pizza Hut. We had a coupon for a large pizza at medium price. The charge should have been $8.00. The large was
$10.00. The deal was “any” large pizza. They charged us 1.00 for pepperoni and 1.00 for green peppers. So where is the deal….I don’t think so. We still ended up paying $10.70. I think you need to change your wording on your coupons. Any means any kind of pizza.

Today I placed an order for pick up through Cdy in your6800 Outer Loop store in Louisville , Kentucky. Cody was very polite and even asked if I wanted Ranch or Blue cheese or anything else
before giving my total of $54.47/ I had odered 2 pizzas and 44 wings.
My daughter went to pick the order up and was treated very rudely by the woman working the counter (6 15 p.m on Friday May 3,2013. My daughter asked for pepperchini peppers and was told she could only have 1 pack and only 1 pack od the parmasean cheese.
I really like the pizzas and wings from Pizza Hut but it has gotten bad to only receive 1 packet of anything, especially after spending over $50.00 maybe it is time to find a differet pizza place.
I was VERY unhappy with attitude, service and the food was cold by the time she got back after her discussion with this employee.
