    We enjoy pizza hut pizza and have been going to pizza hut on Wednesday nights with friends. However, since the pizza hut has put in karaoke it has become painful to eat there. The volume is turned up so load that when we leave our ears are ringing. The service is good. I have notice the patronage has gone down since the karaoke has started. This is a dangers situation to anyone who wants to maintain their hearing. I hope this gets corrected soon.

    I just order online today 4/17/16. I placed my order it said it would take 30, but it took an 1hour and 40. To make it even better I also order wings and their wing machine was down. I order pizza hut once a week and I spend 100.00 or more a month with pizza hut. I think yall need to come up with a better way of servicing your customers better. when the pizza got here it was cold and you could tell that it had been sitting out for a long time. NOT GOOD PIZZA HUT. NOT GOOD. U MAY HAVE JUST LOST A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER. This is not the first time this has happen to me.

    Customer service sucks. Ordered pizza on the phone and was told it will be ready for pick up in 15 mins. Went to the counter, paid for it, then kept me waiting. The employee that took my payment didn’t even checked my order if it was ready. 30 mins later I asked the counter about my order and that’s when they found my order sitting in the warming cabinet. People in the front should at least asked the people waiting if they been helped. I understand that there are times that they are busy but that’s not an excuse to neglect other paying customer, unless of course they don’t like their face.
