    Ordered pizza from the store on Buena Vista Rd Columbus, GA.
    Pizza was cold when it was delivered 30 mins late. The pizza had to be microwaved before it could be eaten.
    I was charged more then the quoted price when I ordered and the driver got an attitude when when I asked about the difference in price.
    If I didn’t have a family waiting to eat I would have sent it back.
    I will not order from here or any other pizza hut again!

    I ordered 2 med pizzas tonight and one of your big cookies. I paid extra for extra toppings. My wife’s pizza was good…she said. Mine wasn’t what I paid for. I asked for extra sauce, and a few other extras. I haven’t ordered a pizza from yall in a while because the last time I had the same problem. Hardly any sauce when I ask for extra! I ate half the pizza because I was very hungry. I didn’t call and complain on it because I would just get an “I’m sorry we’ll give you a credit.” I hope this comment makes it to your higher management. It again will be a while before I order another pizza from yall.

    I had the worst experience at pizza hut tonight. I am not sure if I will go back. We order a dinner for 4 and three book it pizza for my grandchildren. After waiting for over an hour we had to ask for the personal pan pizza for the children. All they said we are sorry . They ended up taking there pizza’s home to eat. What a dissapointment to them and to me. Pizza hut was not busy others tables got there service before my grand children. We had to ask to get it when we did. It will be quite a while before I return.

    PizzaHut has always been my favorite but I have found that not ALL PizzaHuts have the quality. When I want pizza I always choose PizzaHut. However, It is definitely not the place to order Chicken Alfredo or Lasagna!!!

    12-4-14 I ordered a stuff crust with bacon pizza and ham on it and my order was all wrong and cold and a hour late and over charged for delivery ad didn’t get the pizza remade or my money back or that much of a discount so I will never be back or refer anyone to this place at all

    It seems that I never get the pizza the way I ordered. After waiting and driving to the location, I find that the pizza was not made the way I ordered it. they said they would redo it, but who has another 20 minutes or so to wait on another pizza to cook. When I said no pork on half of the pizza, I meant no kind of pork not just the pork sausage. What I got was pork pepperoni on the no pork side. Since I don’t get pork, I had a sandwich while my husband had pizza.

    We ordered Hawaiian pizza to go at store #026192 Pizza Hut Magnolia Bl, Burbank, CA yesterday 12-01-2014. Our pizza was terrible and lousy made. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were not spread evenly and at least near the edge of the dough. It left a 2 inches exposed dough and the toppings were cramped in the middle. We thought Pizza Hut’s employees are trained for consistency and quality. We are very disappointed.

    our service was wonderful and our food was delicious, BUT we were freezing the entire meal, the stores furnace was not working nor had it been working for quite some time they had a few small electric heaters going but just wasn’t cutting it. Our waitress apologized several times. It was less than 20 degrees outside. I feel this should be a priority for whomever is responsible. We will dine in again but definitely not til this problem is resolved.

    ordered thin crust, there was no reason it was so hard. Pepperoni and sausage was baked to
    their limits. All in all we will never purchase another Pizza Hut product.
