    Store #00179 in Victoria, Tx -Bad customer service, pizza was under cooked- bottom was soggy. Order 5 piece garlic cheese sticks – came to the table only cut into 2 large pieces. Told waiter it wasn’t cut right and he argued with me. He reluctantly took order back to kitchen to get it cut correctly. Would have liked the cheese sticks before the pizza came, but the pizza came and no cheese sticks. Asked where they were and he then brought them to the table. This is probably the last time I will be visiting this pizza hut.

    I like thin crust pizza with flavor. I just had a thin crust ham and pineapple pizza that tasted like cardboard. There was no sauce or next to none on my pizza and the pineapple and ham was very sparse on the pizza also. I have tried this combination before and it was not very good either but I wanted to try it again just to make sure it was not a one time problem. It was not a one time problem. The cost of the 2 medium pizzas the we ordered was more that a extra large that we normally order from your competitor. We just wanted to try something different. We ordered the 2 medium special offer.

    We take out from Pizza Hut two or three times a month and have always had very good service and food from this Pizza Hut. We have purchased Pizza from various Pizza Hut’s over 3/4 of the state of Kansas and have never to this date gotten a unsatisfactory Pizza or Pasta.

    They had my name wrong and waited for over a hour and half and pizza was still not ready and others who just walked in were I had called my order in got their pizza and left. I paid for it and still waited when I asked were mine was. I was told they had no clue and would get it when they could. I probably will not be going back. I would get pizza from you guys 2 to 4 times a month and when I have a party I get your product. Probably will not again and I probably will post my experience on tweeter and face book about it.     Our female server – Matisha was VERY accommodating and friendly. She kept up with us without hovering over us. We felt like she took care of us like a ‘mother’ – very friendly and always with a smile. We had a pizza and the spaghetti and meatballs to share. Food was EXCELLENT and a great price.
