    I am watching my grandkids for a week, Yesterday they wanted Pizza Hut for dinner. They said we always get Pizza Hut- I called all four pizza huts in the north side of Spokane trying to order Pizza hut. I was told by all 4 locations they do not deliver in my area. When I picked my grandson up from school sports I asked again what kind of pizza. He again told me Pizza Hut. Then he said you have to go on line to order or they won’t deliver. HE was right- I ordered on line we got great Pizza. It was in record time. However that makes all of your Pizza Hut locations look bad. Had my grandson not known the secret we would have called another pizza hut. I am a curious how that worked and why one of the locations did not tell me the secret of delivery out of their area.

    Ordered a med cheeses pizza and a garden salad. Called the order in as it was to be a delivery to the Hampton inn. When the pizza arrived, there were no napkins and no utensils for the salad. So while the pizza was a hit for the kids, we had to use Kleenex from the hotel for our hands and I did not get it eat the salad. I would think napkins and plastic utensils would be included in a phone order! I am hoping it was an oversight for Store#031192 and not standard operating procedure. What happened to quality control?

    I went to store #004387 and was very impressed with the restaurant was so clean, server Benjamin and another young Lady also a server were so nice friendly and helpful, the Pizza was ready right on time it was what I ordered, the pizza was delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was beyond delicious, I am a very satisfied costumer and will certainly be a return costumer over and over, if pizza hut keeps these two young people on!!!!!!!!!

    I told that my pizza ready in 15 to 20 minutes and I wait another 20 minutes to pickup my pizza and crust was dark to (They cook tomuch) i order crust filled cheese pizza ( cheese is chewing too)
