    The delivery was 25 minutes late. Plus the wait time for the pizza was 50 minutes. That was a total waiting time of 75 minutes. that is too long to wait for pizza to be delivered. The delivery man said it was due to him being the only person hired to deliver. He said corporate did not want to hire more delivery personnel. I think that is not very smart.

    1st. of all the lady I talk to asked me how did I like my pizza cut and did I want the cheese trimming that has never been asked .I ordered the meat lover with the 5 topping hand toss and let me tell you that pizza were off the chain .the box look great and well put to gather I like .the young lady at the store where I pick up my pizza were beautiful for one a lovely smile the place were very clean .out all my days of ordering pizza there for some reason everything were great .what ever you’ll has done keep it up i want to say thanks

    Called in to pizza hut in Graham NC today going home from work. Use to love this pizza Hut but was very disappointed today. I asked the lady if they still had 10.00 pizza specials and she said no. I then asked what specials they had and she asked me what I wanted. I said large thin crust pepperonis and pork…she said 14.99 and tax but I could add wings for 2 more dollars….ok it only me but go ahead. When I pick up pizza there is a lrg cheese pizza on the menu 9.99. She said I need to go online for specials….cant when I am driving and always before when I ask about specials….no problem….OK wanted pamison pack of cheese and oh…they don’t have the pre packaged cheese any more…they have cups that they fill and now charge for….no thanks…Dominos will get my next call……Thanks Pizza hut but no thanks…

    Tried the thin and crispy with a the balsamic drizzle and asiago crust. The Pizza Hut located on North Main St Suite 10 Summerville, SC 29483. Across from the Sangaree neighborhood. This location has made a complete turn around over the last year or so. The new pizza I tried tonight was amazing. Kudos Pizza Hut

    I have developed a “Hut Habit” and treat myself to one of Pizza Huts delicious menu items every Friday after work. I order something online for carry out and it’s ready when I get there. I am always greeted with a smile and often by name.

    In my opinion Pizza Hut offers a wide variety of menu items and each is as delicious as the next. I often turn to the pasta menu when I have last minute company for dinner. I have to admit that I pour the pasta into one of my casserole dishes, make a salad and a vegetable and dinner is ready complete with the hot Pizza Hut breadsticks.

    EVERYONE compliments me on a delicious meal and I DO give credit where credit is due. They are always surprised when I tell them the pasta and breadsticks are from Pizza Hut and the response is almost always the same: “I had no idea – I must try them”.

    Thanks for making my Fridays extra special and my dinner guests making sure I don’t have any left overs.

    I order a large stuffed crust 1/2 canadian bacon w/pineapple and 1/2 pepperoni; I recieved 1/3 canadian bacon 1/3 cheese 1/3 pepperoni the whole pizza covered in pineapple. I also ordered 1 medium all meat and recieved 1 medium with meat and bell peppers and black olives. and 1 personal pan that they got right. from Pizza Hut #026013very displeased.

    Very disappointed in this purchase. Barely any sauce whatsoever. It looks like the sauce does not cover the entire pizza. It’s more towards the crust and it’s a very thin layer of sauce. I have ordered pizza from you before and never have been disappointed. My guests agree. Lousy pizza. You dropped the ball on this one.

    First of all I am not looking to win a prize. Today, 2/15/15, my husband and I went to the Pizza Hut restaurant off of New Hope Rd in Gastonia, N.C. I had planned on getting a salad from salad bar the bar was not clean nor did it have any lettuce in bowl.
    We both noticed that not all tables were cleaned off. The floor was not swept.
    And the help was telling one another that they would not come in to work if the bad weather
    happened which every customer could hear . In fact a male customer yelled out to
    workers – So, are we going to strike ? That comment seemed to quite down the conversation the
    staff had with one another.
    No one customer should hear that kind of conversation. It is unprofessional. Some of the booths
    need repairing – torn seats.
    Just thought you may want to know the experience my husband and I had today .

    I used to get plates, napkins, parm. and red pepper packets with my pizza. I asked the driver why he had not brought them and he informed me that management is not providing this service unless the customer asks for them. I did not see where I could request these items when I made my online order so how do you ask for them when ordering online which seems to be the way Pizza Hut would prefer I do business with them. The driver was very nice but I don’t know his name as he did not introduce himself. I also did not get coupons (box toppers) with my pizza. I order more when I have coupons so I do not know why this establishment does not put the box toppers on. The pizza’s were good and made correctly. Just would prefer customer serve that is great not just ok.

    I am a new customer for Pizza Hut. I am lactose intolerant and I order pizza without cheese.. People say it’s not a pizza without the cheese and that cheese is the main ingredient.. Well, let me tell you that the main ingredient is the sauce!!!!!!!pizza hut has the best sauce for pizza and now different favors can be added.. The favors for the crust best ever. I myself have tried the fiery hot sauce.. Yummy!!!!! I like that spicyness without really having a burning sensation, just enough to enjoy the flavor of the pizza as well as a little tang!!!
