- For customers who make a purchase at a participating Walmart Canada retail location between February 1, 2013 and April 30, 2013 and look on your cash register receipt for a survey invitation. Not all receipts may contain a survey invitation. Retain your receipt and visit Walmart official customer survey site within 14 days after the Visit Date printed on the front of your receipt.
- If you choose Mail-in Entry: On a postcard (no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches), you need to hand write your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age and mail with proper and sufficient postage to 2013 Wal-Mart Sweepstakes, PO Box 6246, Clear Lake, MN 55319. You must mail your postcard individually.

- Enter the 5-digit zip code of your residence.

- Select answer to the question “Do you have your receipt readily available?”

I went on to do a survey and I get everything except the survey. If you want us to take the survey then quit trying to shove everything else down our throats.
Wal-Mart does have the best prices but you have to have a lot of patience in the checkout lines because there never seems to be sufficient cashiers especially during peek hours (Weekends & around 5 pm M-F) I was going to take the Customer Survey but like previous comment said It takes too long to find the correct link on the internet so I won’t!

Needs to be more simple. Just answer a few survey questions about your shopping experience
on the day of and give your name, address, phone number and that’s it.

I was in your store 3/23/13 at 17:53:23 I asked five people if I could borrow their copy of the add for just a second. 3 people behind the register,1 customer counter and one in the garden shop and not one of them could come up with an add. Not one seemed the least bit concerned that they didn’t know what was in the add. REALLY.

Last night I needed one item from Walmart. I stopped on my way to church. I selected an item I needed when I returned home fr church. I purchased two other small size items. Latter that night when I returned home, the item I needed was not in the bag. Aparrently the clerk put the small can of soup in a sepearate bag. When I returned home the item I needed for a late snack wasn’t there. The two items in that bag would not be damaged by that can. I went to bed hungry.
Store is always clean and the workers are nice. However too many isles are shut down at one time making shopping difficult. Maby this should be done by the night shift.
