    1.You online survey system designed mechanism is really not helping intended goal; its fast before one can read.
    2. Store Associates at POS stations must use SENSE OF JUDGEMENT to improve service and customer satisfaction when 20 ITEMS POS stations can ease long lines. After waiting tom be checked out, Cashier had the AUDACITY to challenge number of items in cart which were less than 20 items; she refused service and MoD had to assign me to another Cashier. It was totally unnecessary to inconvenience loyal customers. Retail motto ,”Customer is always right” exposed cashier poor training. Reported event took place on July 21st at 12.43pm in Newbern Avenue Store in Raleigh, NC. Refer subject to Mr. Rogers. Thanks.

    I promised the manager that I would do this, even though I am wasting my time, and ” Walmart is so big , you do not care,” a quote from one of your customer service persons that I registered my feelings about shopping in their store…..

    I was in your store at least 30 mins, had difficulty finding what I needed, NO ONE in site to ask….quite frankly, I could care less about going into WM to buy anything, too big too care, no employees….that was my complaint to your employee, they wholeheartedly agreed…

    So, I kept my promise to one of your management team in the store… oh yeah a customer found my item after I had asked them…WM can frankly go to hell as far I am concerned..

    I live in Rio Grande City, Texas and Walmart is my store. There is another grocery store but it is always very busy and standing in line is something I cannot do because of my age. The checkers at Walmart are prompt and get you out in no time.
    I want to command your Market Manager for bringing in a special brand of chickens that I like to buy. Your market is always very clean and orderly.

    Today I purchased $67.03. I am in Walmart 4 to 5 times a week. The best place for customer service is the Pharmacy. The rest of your people could care less. The worst place is Customer Service. I despised it in the old store and the new store continues its same poor service. Today I returned a Scotts Outside Wash and a pesticide. Both worth around $14.00. I mistakeably cut my receipts up when I paid off my Visa. I did not have my ticket because we did not decide to bring it back until today. They said they could not refund or credit because I have returned over 3 in the past 90 days. The last time it was 5, My wife and I spend a lot of money at your store so there will be times I do not have my receipt. I managed a JCPenney for many years. I never refused a refund or credit. If my people did not they were subject to dismissal. We are at the point that we are considering going to Kroger and Publix where there are no questions asked–they hand you your money-period. I would pay a little more but to get good service it cost more. I waited at the counter while the associate and her partner plus a superlvisor examined by return record. I was embarrassed to say the least. I said to them you just keep it—you evidently need it more than I do. I walked into the store and spent $67.03 and left. What you need to do is let your pharmacy associates which I know by name to train those people understand they do not own Walmart unless this is your policy. These people have a smile on their face and will do whatever it takes to give you the best service they can. And they do. I would not go to the manager or any supervisor because they need help too. Sam Walton I do not think would like the service i got today.
