  1. Customers who make a purchase at a participating Walmart Canada retail location need to refer to the cash register receipt for a survey invitation. Not all receipts may contain a survey invitation. Keep your receipt and visit the Walmart customer survey official site within 14 days after the Visit Date printed on the front of your receipt.
  2. If you choose Mail-in Entry: On a postcard (no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches), you need to hand write your complete name, mailing address, phone number and age on a piece of paper and mail it to 2013 Wal-Mart  Sweepstakes, PO Box 6246, Clear Lake, MN 55319. You must mail your postcard individually.

  2. Choose your preferred language from English and Spanish. Click the “continue” button to proceed
  3. Enter the 5-digit zip code of your residence
  4. Select an answer to the question “Are you, or is anyone in your immediate family, a Walmart or Sam’s Club employee?”
  5. Enter the year in which you were born
  6. Select the answer to the question “Do you have your receipt readily available?”
  7. Enter your store number and ID exactly as they appear on your receipt
  8. Answer all the questions to complete the survey

    When I was checking out today I asked the cashier why my 2 Tees that I purchased rang up different prices, (one was green and one was black), she said she didn’t know. but did not bother to find out from a mgr. most likely because they were different colors. I said I wanted it checked she instructed me to go to the customer service desk.On my way I asked a young lady on the front if she was a mgr. she said yes I then asked her the same question she looked at the product and the receipt and said she didn’t know either, she also instructed me to go to the Customer Service which I did after standing in a line (with six people ahead of me) I asked the lady at the desk the same question she said she didn’t know either I asked her CAN YOU FIND OUT, she then called for a mgr. then asked me to step aside so she could take care of other customers. (Another lady then opened another register) The lady that was helping me received a call and told me she would help me next, after quite a wait she finally said I am going to give it to you for the same price, no explanation,no apology nothing but rudeness.She must have thought she was doing me a favor by taking care of my complaint. This mess should have been taken care of at the register and I wouldn’t have had to waste 20 minutes taking care of this and waiting in another line and having another rude cashier.

    I bot futon bed and I call for asking for help they are extremely rude, hung up in my face. Charged twice for the product and deliver take 4 weeks and I have to wait for get the product for send back for getting my money back because they send to me 2 futon bed when I this need one . They are incompetent. Never shop at Walmart any more ….

    Checkers at registers are always careful and courteous. I have never had an overcharge on a wrong ring up at our Walmart store in Hobbs, NM, but I have had several recently at local grocery stores and another discount department store. Store has pharmacy that is well stocked and neat. I really like the shop online,pickup at store option, too.

    The local Walmart is a mad house. There are never enough cashiers to handle the customer flow. It is all but impossible to find an associate to help find something in the store and if you can, they are seldom happy people. Whoever is trying to turn this Walmart into a grocery store with such limited staff must be insane.
